VILLAS: Apartments are for sale in seven 5star villas, on the
East side from Kempinski Resort in the very center of
the Skiper Residence, around the swimming pool, away from the
main road, in the middle of the beautiful park and just a short walk from the beach.
The villas are named by the flowers: Azalea, Begonija, Ciklama, Fuksija, Hortenzija,
Pelargonija, Primula

These are 2-room / 1- bedroom apartments with a surface of 86m2 to 91m2 and equipped by a 5* hotel standard for 2 persons (+2).

These are 3-room / 2- bedroom / 2 bathroom apartments with a surface of 111m2 to 137m2 and equipped by a 5* hotel standard for 4 persons (+2).

The apartments are divided by the plan and size to Type: B, C, D and E
